By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the website, including customers and visitors.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Products purchased through this website are sold by Levlaupp! AS.

We use third-party service providers, including Shopify for our e-commerce platform and Gelato for the production and fulfilment of certain products.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through our store, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your country, you may only make a purchase with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colours, sizes and other characteristics as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.

Our products feature predefined designs created or selected by us. Customers cannot personalise or customise these products unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

Many of our products are produced only after an order is placed.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product, design, size, colour or variant at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you. We will not substitute another product without your agreement. Your statutory rights concerning non-delivery, refunds and any compensation remain unaffected.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in our store.

Consumer prices include VAT and other taxes where required by applicable law. The total payable amount, including shipping and any other charges collected by us, is clearly displayed before you submit a binding order. Any additional import charges payable separately must be disclosed before purchase as described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete and accurate, including:

  • your name,
  • billing information,
  • delivery address,
  • email address, and
  • the products and variants selected.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

The sales contract becomes binding when we receive your order, subject to applicable rules concerning invalid agreements, including obvious errors you knew or ought to have recognised. We send an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly; your rights to delivery, refunds and any compensation remain unaffected.

We may investigate suspected fraud or payment problems. We may refuse or cancel an order only where there is a lawful basis. Product unavailability or a price change does not, by itself, give us an unrestricted right to cancel a binding consumer purchase.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers.

We do not directly store complete payment card details where these are processed by third-party payment providers.

8. Production and Fulfilment

Certain products are produced and fulfilled by our production partner, Gelato.

Gelato may manufacture and ship products on our behalf from production facilities located in different countries or regions.

Your contract of sale is with Levlaupp! AS, trading as Levlaupp Store. We remain responsible for our obligations even when Gelato produces or ships the goods.

Any questions, complaints, returns or refund requests should therefore be directed to us.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and other circumstances.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information about shipping methods, estimated delivery times and related conditions.

Estimated dates do not remove your rights concerning delayed delivery. If Norwegian consumer law applies and no different delivery time is agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after purchase. For our offered shipping methods, risk normally passes when you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the goods. Contact us concerning delay or non-delivery; your statutory remedies remain unaffected.

10. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

If you are a consumer and applicable law provides you with a right of withdrawal, you may exercise that right in accordance with our Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal Policy.

For customers in the European Economic Area, this generally includes a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases.

Our products are produced after an order is placed, but they feature predefined designs and are not customised or personalised by the customer.

Please refer to our Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal Policy for full details.

11. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs help us assess a claim; if unavailable, contact us for another appropriate assessment. Valid defect claims are not restricted to the 14-day withdrawal period. Necessary costs of resolving a valid claim, including required shipping, are borne by us. Statutory complaint periods apply as described in our Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal Policy.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including:

  • artwork,
  • designs,
  • illustrations,
  • photographs,
  • logos,
  • graphics,
  • text, and
  • branding

is owned by or licensed to Levlaupp Store and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, license or commercially exploit our content or designs without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any copyright or other intellectual property rights associated with the design appearing on that product.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services:

  • for unlawful purposes;
  • to violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • to infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
  • to transmit malicious software or harmful code;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to our website or systems;
  • to interfere with the security or operation of the website; or
  • to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers or systems.

14. Third-Party Services

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies and production partners.

These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Independent third-party websites may have separate terms. This does not remove our responsibility for the sale or for service providers we use to fulfil our contractual obligations.

15. Personal Information

Your submission and processing of personal information through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect personal data.

16. Errors and Inaccuracies

We aim to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, occasionally there may be typographical errors, incorrect descriptions, pricing errors or other inaccuracies.

Where permitted by law, we may correct such errors and update information.

Nothing in this section affects your mandatory consumer rights.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Any claim for compensation is assessed under applicable law. We do not exclude statutory compensation rights or our responsibility for performance by the partners we engage to fulfil your order.

18. Force Majeure

Events outside our control may affect performance. Any exemption from damages applies only where the legal conditions are met; listing an event here does not automatically establish an exemption. Your rights to delivery, withdrawal, cancellation, reimbursement and other statutory remedies remain unaffected.

This provision does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, services or legal requirements.

The version available when you placed your order applies to that purchase. Later changes do not retroactively alter your purchase agreement without a lawful basis and, where required, your agreement.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and purchases are governed by Norwegian law. Where applicable, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence. It does not restrict any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under mandatory jurisdiction rules.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of protections they are entitled to under mandatory applicable law.
