Refund policy

Levlaupp Store is operated by Levlaupp! AS. This policy explains cancellations, returns, refunds and your rights concerning defective or incorrect products. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

1. Your Right to Withdraw

Consumers in the European Economic Area (EEA) generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. Mandatory rights available elsewhere remain unaffected.

The period starts on the day after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods ordered together and delivered separately, it starts on the day after receipt of the last item. Applicable rules extending a deadline that falls on a weekend or public holiday remain unaffected. Where required withdrawal information has not been supplied, statutory extensions apply.

You may also notify us that you are withdrawing before the goods are delivered.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement to support@levlaupp.store or use our online return and cancellation function. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. A valid withdrawal does not depend on our approval or on using a particular form or customer account.

Please include your name, order number and the goods concerned to help us identify your purchase. You may use the withdrawal form in Section 14, but this is optional.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Our products are produced after an order is placed. They are offered in predefined versions featuring our designs and cannot be personalised or customised by the customer.

Production after ordering does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. Starting production does not remove that right for these products.

3. How to Return a Product

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before it expires.

Please contact us for return instructions. This helps us handle your return and is not an additional approval requirement for exercising a statutory right.

Return address:

Levlaupp! AS

Brakkevegen 10, 4275 Sævelandsvik, Norway

Do not send returns to Gelato or the sender address on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so. If we provide an alternative return address, we will explain it in our instructions. Waiting for our reply does not remove your rights, and we will not use delays caused by us to deny a valid return.

Package the goods securely and retain proof of dispatch.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For a standard withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods, provided you were informed of this before purchase. We do not charge a restocking or administrative fee for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from the whole purchase, we refund the original delivery charge up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Extra costs for a premium delivery method you selected are not refunded. Partial withdrawals are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping costs are not normally reimbursed for a standard withdrawal. Necessary shipping costs for a valid defect or incorrect-delivery claim are handled under Section 8 instead.

5. Condition of Returned Products

You may examine the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a physical shop.

Where permitted by law and provided the required withdrawal information was given, we may deduct an objectively justified reduction in value caused by handling beyond this extent. This is not a flat fee, and opening packaging or trying clothing on carefully does not automatically remove your right to withdraw.

Please avoid wearing, washing or treating clothing beyond what is necessary to check its fit and appearance.

6. Refunds

We reimburse the payments covered by a valid withdrawal, including refundable standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

For returned goods, where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have dispatched them, whichever occurs first. This does not apply where we have offered to collect the goods ourselves.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees because of the reimbursement. Your payment provider may need additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

7. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

To cancel before shipment, use our online return and cancellation function or contact support@levlaupp.store as soon as possible.

Production may already have started, but this does not remove an applicable statutory right of withdrawal for our non-personalised products. Changes to size, colour or address may require a separate assessment and cannot always be made after production starts.

Where a request constitutes valid statutory withdrawal, it is handled as withdrawal rather than made conditional on a discretionary cancellation approval.

8. Defective, Damaged, Misprinted or Incorrect Products

These rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal. A defect claim is not restricted to that withdrawal period.

Contact support@levlaupp.store within the applicable statutory complaint period. Please provide your name, order number, the goods concerned and a description of the problem. Photographs of the goods and packaging, where relevant, help us investigate. If photographs are unavailable, contact us so we can arrange another appropriate assessment.

For purchases governed by Norwegian consumer law, notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect; a notice within two months is always timely. The overall complaint period is normally two years, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer. Other mandatory rules applicable to your purchase remain unaffected.

We remain responsible for resolving valid claims. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund. Necessary return and replacement shipping costs for a valid claim are borne by us.

Please contact us before dispatching defective goods so we can arrange an appropriate return method. This request does not restrict your statutory rights.

9. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

If the goods match the size, colour and variant you ordered and the product description, selecting an unsuitable size is not normally a defect. You may instead use an applicable right of withdrawal, subject to the standard return conditions.

If the goods differ from your order or description, contact us under Section 8.

10. Uncollected Parcels and Incorrect Delivery Information

Not collecting or refusing a parcel is not, by itself, clear notice of withdrawal. Notify us as described in Section 1 if you wish to withdraw.

Please provide complete and accurate delivery details. If delivery fails because of incorrect information or an uncollected parcel, contact us. Any reshipment and objectively justified additional costs will be assessed under applicable law. We do not impose an automatic penalty for exercising statutory withdrawal.

11. Production and Fulfilment Partner

We use Gelato to produce and fulfil all or part of our range. Your seller and contractual counterparty is Levlaupp! AS, trading as Levlaupp Store.

Contact us about orders, cancellations, returns, complaints and refunds. Do not return goods to Gelato unless we instruct you to do so.

12. Electronic Withdrawal and Return Function

You can access our online return and cancellation function to submit your withdrawal statement. Identify the order and relevant goods, state that you wish to withdraw and complete the confirmation step shown in the function.

We will acknowledge receipt without undue delay by email, including the withdrawal information and the date and time it was submitted. An acknowledgement does not make a valid statutory withdrawal conditional on our approval.

You may also send a clear written statement to support@levlaupp.store. If you encounter a technical problem with the online function, contact us using this address; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
